  I’l be relaxed smiling. So long as I’m interacting with others. So long as I’m doing an activity that distracts me from myself. Sports, socializing, work, sex, gambling, smoking, drinking, fighting, working out, cooking, cleaning, packing, unpacking, rearranging furniture, shopping, driving, etc.

Out in the streets

I go out at night and I feel cool and refreshed. Feeling and interacting with my environment gives me a sense of calm, tranquility and awareness. The feedback I receive from my surroundings assures me of my presence and the role of which I play.
